Getting Started

Is Fantasy365 free to use?

Yes — sign up and create or join fantasy leagues at no cost. Optional paid leagues with entry fees are available for managers who want to compete for real stakes.

What sports does Fantasy365 support?

Fantasy365 supports MLB (baseball), NFL (football), NHL (hockey), NBA (basketball), NASCAR, NCAAF (college football), NCAAB (college basketball), and Soccer. Run a single-sport league or combine multiple sports in a cumulative dynasty.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Fantasy365 is a web app that works in your browser on desktop and mobile. No downloads or installations required.

How do I join a league?

Browse open public leagues from the Leagues page, enter an invite code from your commissioner, or create your own league. Free leagues require no payment — just click Join.

Can I create my own league?

Yes. Click Create a League and configure your sport(s), scoring system, roster slots, draft type, waiver rules, trade settings, and payout structure. Set up takes about 2 minutes.

League Formats

What is a four-sport cumulative dynasty?

A four-sport dynasty combines MLB, NFL, NHL, and NBA into one league. Each franchise competes in all four sports, and final placements feed a single cumulative championship race using a 14–1 point scale. The franchise with the most total points across all sports wins the season.

Can I run a single-sport league?

Yes. Create a standalone league for MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, NASCAR, NCAAF, NCAAB, or Soccer with your own custom rules — scoring, rosters, draft type, waivers, and payouts.

Can I combine 2 or 3 sports instead of 4?

Yes. Create a custom multi-sport league and select any 2+ sports. Cumulative standings are computed across all selected sports using the same 14–1 placement scale.

What is a dynasty keeper league?

A dynasty league lets you keep players across seasons with contracts and price escalation. Each offseason, declare keepers — their price counts against your next auction draft budget. Players return to the pool when their contract expires.

What is best ball mode?

Best ball is a draft-only format where the system automatically starts your optimal lineup each period based on projected points. No manual lineup setting required. Available for NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL.

Drafts

What draft types are supported?

Snake drafts and auction drafts (MFL-style open bidding with snake nomination order). Configurable budgets, bid increments, pick clocks, and rounds. Practice first with the free mock draft simulator.

How many rounds is the startup draft?

The four-sport startup veteran draft is 101 rounds (1,212 total picks) covering MLB, NFL, NHL, and NBA players. A separate 45-round practice squad draft fills your farm system with prospects.

Can I run an auction draft?

Yes. Open bidding with configurable budgets, bid increments, and timers. Snake nomination order ensures fair access to elite players. Practice with the mock draft simulator first.

Is there a mock draft simulator?

Yes — the mock draft simulator is free and requires no account. Practice snake or auction drafts against AI opponents with real player pools. Supports 101-round veteran and 45-round practice squad formats.

How does the draft clock work?

Commissioners set pick clock durations — longer for early rounds, shorter for late rounds. The clock pauses overnight during configurable quiet hours. Expired picks auto-advance.

Scoring & Standings

What scoring systems are supported?

Head-to-head categories (win weekly matchups by stat category), head-to-head points (custom point values per stat), or rotisserie (season-long standings). Commissioners choose and configure per league.

How do cumulative standings work?

In multi-sport leagues, each sport awards points based on final placement (14 for 1st down to 1 for 12th). All sport point totals combine into a single cumulative leaderboard. The franchise with the most total points wins the season.

Can I customize which stats count?

Yes. Commissioners configure which stat categories count and their point values for points-based leagues. For category leagues, choose which categories determine weekly matchup winners.

Are stat corrections handled?

Yes. The platform detects stat corrections from official sources and re-scores affected snapshots. Version tracking shows when a correction was applied.

How are tiebreakers handled?

Commissioners configure tiebreaker rules — head-to-head record, total points, division record, and more. The platform applies tiebreakers in order to determine final standings.

Payments & Payouts

How do entry fees work?

Commissioners set a per-member entry fee when creating a league. Members pay securely through PayPal. The full pot is collected before the season starts.

What is the platform fee?

The platform retains 2% of the pot for pro-only leagues or 4% for leagues with the Prospect Farm System. This covers payment processing and hosting. The remaining 96-98% goes to payouts.

Is the platform fee charged on top of the entry fee?

No. The fee is deducted from the collected prize pot — not added on top. If 12 teams pay $100 each ($1,200 pot), the 4% fee ($48) comes out of the pot, leaving $1,152 for payouts.

How are payouts distributed?

When a champion is declared, the platform auto-generates payout records. The commissioner disburses funds to winners via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or bank transfer. PayPal auto-payout is available if the commissioner sets a PayPal email.

What are High Roller leagues?

High Roller leagues are high-stakes leagues with advertised payouts. Entry fees are calculated to fund the target payout after the platform fee. Transparent fees, clean withdrawals.

Trades & Waivers

How do trades work?

Propose multi-team trades with players, draft picks, and FAAB. The commissioner approves, kicking off a 12-hour league veto window. Six veto votes from non-involved owners reverses a deal.

Is there a trade analyzer?

Yes. The cross-sport trade analyzer normalizes player, pick, and FAAB values across MLB, NFL, NHL, and NBA into a single dollar scale. Get a fairness verdict before proposing or accepting a trade.

What waiver types are supported?

FAAB blind bidding (budget), rolling waiver priority (priority), or immediate pickup (first-come). Commissioners configure processing schedules, acquisition limits, and roster limits.

Can I trade future draft picks?

Yes. Trade future rookie and startup picks alongside players and FAAB. The trade system supports multi-team deals with full pick inventory tracking.

Does FAAB roll over?

Commissioners can enable FAAB rollover — unused budget carries into the next season. This is configurable per league.
