Privacy Policy

Account data: Your email address, display name, and authentication tokens when you create an account or sign in with Google or Apple.

League data: League names, franchise names, chat messages, taunts, polls, trade proposals, lineup selections, and other content you create while using the platform.

Payment data: When you join a paid league, your payment is processed by PayPal. Fantasy365 does not store your credit card or PayPal credentials — we only retain the transaction ID and payment status for record-keeping.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and device/browser information collected through platform analytics to improve the product.

Attribution data: Referral codes, traffic source, and landing page when you arrive from a tracked link, so we can attribute signups correctly.

• To display your leagues, franchises, rosters, and standings
• To process league entry fee payments and prize payouts
• To send you service notifications (draft turn alerts, trade updates)
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
• To analyze and improve product features and performance
• To comply with legal obligations

Fantasy365 uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Base44 — Our hosting and backend platform. Stores your account, league data, and processes authentication.
• Google / Apple — OAuth providers for "Continue with Google" and "Continue with Apple" sign-in. We receive your email and name; we do not receive your password.
• PayPal — Payment processor for league entry fees and add-on purchases. PayPal handles all financial data directly; we never see or store your card details.
• Google Translate — Optional page translation. Google may set cookies when translation is active.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to:

• Access your account data at any time via your Profile page
• Delete your account and all associated data from the Profile page's "Delete Account" section
• Export your league data by contacting support
• Opt out of analytics and tracking by clearing your browser cookies

To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app account deletion tool or contact Base44 support.

If you choose "Continue with Apple," Apple provides us with a limited set of data: your name (which you can hide or customize) and a relay email address. We use this email to identify your account. Apple does not share your real email unless you choose to. We do not send marketing emails to your Apple relay address.

We retain your account and league data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data (profile, chat messages, taunts, polls, watchlist, purchases) and mark your franchises as abandoned for reassignment. Some anonymized aggregate data may be retained for analytics.

Fantasy365 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Fantasy sports leagues involving real money entry fees are intended for users 18 and older. Free leagues are available to users 13 and older.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted authentication tokens, row-level security to isolate each league's data, and secure payment processing through PayPal. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Fantasy365 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
