Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Fantasy365, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. League entry fees and paid features require you to be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in fantasy sports in your jurisdiction.

Fantasy365 is a fantasy sports league management platform that supports multi-sport cumulative leagues and single-sport leagues across MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, NASCAR, NCAAF, NCAAB, and Soccer. Features include league creation, drafts, lineups, trades, waivers, standings, chat, and optional paid add-ons.

The platform is free to join. Optional paid features include league entry fees (set by league commissioners), the Prospect Farm System add-on, and AI Premium tools.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of local laws
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users through chat, taunts, or direct messages
• Post obscene, hateful, or sexually explicit content in league chat, taunts, or polls
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate drafts, trades, or waiver claims
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Scrape or copy player data, rankings, or proprietary content for commercial use
• Use the platform for real-money gambling outside of commissioner-configured league entry fees
• Impersonate another user or league commissioner
• Share your account credentials with others

You are solely responsible for content you create on Fantasy365, including league names, franchise names, chat messages, taunts, and poll questions. You grant Fantasy365 a license to display this content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

Fantasy365 reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms. League commissioners can moderate chat within their own leagues. To report abusive content, use the in-app bug report feature (available on every page) and select "other" as the category.

League commissioners set entry fees and payout structures. Fantasy365 collects a transparent platform fee (2% for pro-only leagues, 4% for leagues with prospects, plus 2% for AI Premium leagues). The remaining pot is distributed to winners based on the commissioner's payout configuration.

Entry fees are processed by PayPal. Refund requests for unused entry fees can be submitted from your Profile page and are reviewed by our admin team. Platform fees are non-refundable once a league's draft has started.

Fantasy365 is not a gambling operator. We provide league management tools; the legality of paid fantasy leagues depends on your local jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your participation is legal where you live.

Fantasy365 is an independent platform not affiliated with or endorsed by MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, NASCAR, the NCAA, or any of their member teams. Player names and statistics are used under the doctrine of nominative fair use and the First Amendment. See our Legal & IP Policy for details.

The Fantasy365 platform, including its code, design, features, and original content, is the property of Fantasy365 and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Fantasy365 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that player statistics will be accurate at all times. Stat corrections are processed automatically but may not capture every official scoring change.

We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from league disputes, commissioner errors, or platform downtime during critical moments (drafts, waiver deadlines).

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Upon termination, your franchises are marked abandoned for reassignment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy365 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of league entry fees, loss of data, or loss of league standings due to platform errors.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the platform fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
