Most trade value charts cover one sport (usually NFL) and one format (usually dynasty). Fantasy365 is the only platform that normalizes trade values across all 8 sports on a single $100 scale — so you can build a cross-sport trade (e.g., Aaron Judge for Patrick Mahomes + a pick) and know instantly whether it's fair. That's built for cumulative multi-sport dynasty leagues where each sport contributes equally to one year-round championship.
Plus, our trade calculator gives an instant fairness verdict (Fair, Slightly Lopsided, Lopsided, or Heavily Lopsided) with a single percentage — no manual math. KeepTradeCut shows values but leaves the fairness math to you. FantasyPros has a calculator but covers fewer sports. DynastyProcess is dynasty-only. Fantasy365 covers all 8 sports, all formats, and it's 100% free with no sign-up required.

The trade value chart is more useful when you understand the tier breaks. Players within the same tier are roughly interchangeable in trades — you don't need to squeeze out every dollar of value. The real leverage comes at the tier borders: trading up from Tier 3 to Tier 2 costs a premium, while trading down from Tier 2 to Tier 3 lets you extract an extra pick or player. Use these tiers alongside the trade calculator above to structure deals that both sides can accept.
| Tier | Value Range | Label | Example Players | Strategy |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | $90 – $100 | Franchise Cornerstones | Christian McCaffrey, Bijan Robinson, Justin Jefferson, Tyreek Hill, Ja'Marr Chase, Josh Allen (SF) | The 5–8 players who anchor a championship roster. Never trade one unless you're getting another Tier 1 asset plus a premium pick. In dynasty, these are the players you build around for 3+ years. |
| Tier 2 | $80 – $89 | Elite Producers | CeeDee Lamb, Saquon Barkley, Jahmyr Gibbs, De'Von Achane, Jalen Hurts (SF), Lamar Jackson (SF), Puka Nacua | First-round-value assets. A Tier 2 player plus a 2nd-round pick is fair value for a Tier 1 player. These are the most-traded assets in dynasty because they're valuable enough to headline a deal but not untouchable. |
| Tier 3 | $70 – $79 | Top-12 Starters | Garrett Wilson, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Drake London, Brock Bowers, James Cook, Kyler Murray (SF) | Strong WR1s and RB1s. Two Tier 3 players can fairly acquire one Tier 1 player in a 2-for-1. In dynasty, young Tier 3 assets (under 25) often appreciate into Tier 2 within a season. |
| Tier 4 | $50 – $69 | Solid Starters | Davante Adams, Mike Evans, Joe Mixon, Alvin Kamara, Jaylen Waddle, Travis Kelce, Trey McBride | Reliable weekly starters with some upside. A Tier 4 player plus a 3rd-round pick is fair for a Tier 3 player. These are the most common trade targets in redraft leagues at the deadline. |
| Tier 5 | $30 – $49 | Startable Depth | Stefon Diggs, Cooper Kupp, Aaron Jones, Isiah Pacheco, Sam LaPorta, Kyren Williams, Bo Nix (SF) | Flex starters and breakout candidates. Two Tier 5 players can acquire a Tier 4 player. In dynasty, buy-low targets live here — a Tier 5 player coming off a cold streak may bounce back to Tier 3. |
| Tier 6 | $15 – $29 | Bench / Upside | Romeo Doubs, Khalil Shakir, Tyjae Spears, Jayden Daniels (SF rookie), Zach Charbonnet, Dalton Kincaid | Bench depth, handcuffs, and late-round breakout candidates. A Tier 6 player plus a 2nd-round pick can acquire a Tier 4 player. These are the assets rebuilders trade for — low cost, high upside. |
| Tier 7 | $1 – $14 | Lottery Tickets | Backup RBs, 3rd-string WRs, rookie fliers, streaming TEs and D/STs | Drop candidates and waiver-wire streamers. Rarely traded straight up — usually packaged with a pick or used as throw-ins in larger deals. In dynasty, stash Tier 7 rookies on your practice squad and wait for a breakout. |
Trading up: To move from Tier 3 to Tier 2, expect to add a 2nd- or 3rd-round pick. To move from Tier 4 to Tier 2, you'll likely need two Tier 4 players or a Tier 4 plus a 1st-round pick. Trading down: If you own a Tier 2 player and want to cash out, trading down to two Tier 4 players plus a pick is a common championship strategy — you deepen your roster and collect future capital. Use the draft pick value chart to value the picks in these deals.
Position-specific trade value charts for QB, RB, WR, and TE — the data you need to evaluate any deal.
Quarterback trade values are shown in superflex (SF) format, where the position is scarce and elite QBs command top-tier prices. In 1QB leagues, cut these values roughly in half — a $85 Josh Allen is worth ~$40 in 1QB. Use the trade calculator above and apply your league's format.

Running back values are the most volatile position in fantasy football. Elite three-down RBs touch the ball 20+ times per game and command $90+, but RBs depreciate fast — a 27-year-old RB is already past his peak. In dynasty, young RBs with upside hold premium values even before they break out.

Wide receiver trade values are the most stable position because WRs have longer careers and less injury risk than RBs. Elite WR1s hold $80+ values and rarely drop below $60. In PPR formats, pass-catching WRs get a boost. In dynasty, young WRs on rookie contracts are the most valuable assets in fantasy football.

Tight end trade values are highly tier-dependent — the drop-off from the elite tier to the next is steep. The top 3 TEs (Bowers, LaPorta, McBride) hold $55+ values; everyone else is a streaming option under $30. In dynasty, young TEs with breakout potential carry premium values because the position is notoriously slow to develop.

PPR (point per reception): Pass-catching RBs and WRs get a value boost — a 80-reception RB is worth more in PPR than standard. Standard: Early-down, between-the-tackles RBs hold more value; possession WRs drop. Dynasty: Young players with long career runways command premiums over older productive players — a 22-year-old WR1 is worth more than a 32-year-old WR1 even if the older player outscores him this season. Our values are derived from consensus dynasty rankings, so they already weight future production. For redraft, mentally adjust older productive players upward. See our fantasy football rankings for format-specific values.
Trade values are numeric representations of a player's worth in fantasy trades. They're derived from projected fantasy points, positional scarcity, age, contract status, and league format. Fantasy365 normalizes all player values to a $100 scale so you can compare players across different sports in a multi-sport league.
The top player in each sport is assigned a value of $100, and every other player is valued relative to that benchmark. A player valued at $50 is worth half as much as the top player; a player at $25 is worth a quarter. When you build a trade, add up the values on each side — the side with the higher total is getting more value.
Values shift throughout the season based on performance, injuries, and role changes. A backup who becomes a starter sees their value spike; an aging veteran's value declines as their production drops. Check values before every trade discussion to ensure you're working with current data.
In multi-sport leagues, player values are normalized so a $50 NFL player and a $50 MLB player represent equivalent trade value. Here's how values differ by sport:
Quarterbacks and elite running backs carry the highest values in NFL. PPR formats boost pass-catching RBs and WRs; standard favors early-down RBs. Values are normalized to a $100 scale for cross-sport comparison.
Two-way players (Ohtani-types) and elite starting pitchers carry premium values. Position scarcity at C and SS boosts those positions. Dynasty values weight age and contract years heavily.
Superstars dominate — the top 5 players are worth 3–5× mid-tier starters. Points vs category formats shift values: cats boost 3PM, REB, AST specialists; points reward all-around producers.
Elite centers and starting goalies carry the highest values. Category leagues boost hits, blocks, and PIM specialists; points leagues favor point producers. Goalie value depends on starts and win environment.
Tier 1 drivers (race winners and playoff locks) carry the highest values. Mid-tier drivers with top-10 floor are valuable in points leagues; upside drivers matter in win-based formats.
The trade calculator compares the total value on each side and reports the difference as a percentage. Here's how to interpret the fairness verdict:
Both sides are within 5% of each other — this is a fair, balanced deal. Both managers are getting equivalent value.
One side has a modest advantage. Common in real trades — the side with the edge may be addressing a positional need or taking a calculated upside bet.
One side is clearly overpaying. Review the trade carefully — there may be context the calculator doesn't see (injury, schedule, keeper value).
One side is getting fleeced. Trades this lopsided usually get vetoed in leagues with trade review. The losing manager should reconsider.
Values reflect only this season's projected production. Age and contract status don't matter — a 35-year-old having a great season is worth more than a 22-year-old with upside. Trades are about winning now.
Values weight future production heavily. Young players with upside carry premium values even if they're not producing yet. A 24-year-old top prospect may be worth more than a 30-year-old star. Rookie picks are tradeable assets with their ownpick values.
A first-round pick who's slumping in weeks 1-3 still holds top-10 trade value. Their rank hasn't moved — only their recent stats have. Trade a mid-tier producer plus a depth piece for a frustrated star. Example: offer Josh Jacobs ($45) and a waiver pickup for a slumping Bijan Robinson ($95) — you're buying a $95 asset for ~$50 of value.
When a mid-round pick vastly outperforms their ADP, their trade value spikes. But regression is real — sell the hot streak before it cools. Example: a WR3 averaging 20 PPG is worth $60+ in trade value, but their underlying rank may be $35. Trade them for a player whose value matches their rank, not their hot streak.
Two $30 players don't equal one $60 player in fantasy — elite players are scarcer and more valuable. But in trades, you can package 2-3 solid starters to acquire a true difference-maker. Example: trade two $35 WRs ($70 total) for a $65 elite RB — the other manager gets depth, you get a league-winner.
When proposing a trade, check the fairness verdict first. A "Slight Edge" verdict (5-15%) is the sweet spot — both sides feel they're getting fair value, and the trade is more likely to be accepted. "Lopsided" trades get rejected or vetoed. Use the calculator to find trades that benefit you but still look fair to your opponent.
A trade value chart and an ADP (Average Draft Position) list serve different purposes. ADP tells you where players are being drafted — it's the market's consensus. Trade values tell you what players are worth in trades — they're derived from projected production and positional scarcity. A player's ADP might be round 5, but their trade value could be elite if they're outperforming that draft position.
Use ADP during your draft to avoid reaching. Use trade values during the season to evaluate trade offers, find buy-low opportunities, and negotiate fair deals. The gap between a player's ADP and their trade value is where sleeper value lives — a player drafted in round 10 who's producing like a round 2 pick has a trade value far above their draft cost.
Fantasy365 provides both: check our fantasy football rankings for ADP-adjacent data, and use this trade value chart for in-season trade evaluation. Cross-reference both to find the best trade targets in your league.
Elite dual-threat QBs carry the highest values — they produce both through the air and on the ground. In 6-point passing TD leagues, elite passers are worth more. In 4-point leagues, the top QBs cluster closer together. Backup QBs have minimal trade value unless they're high-upside handcuffs to injury-prone starters.
RBs have the steepest value decay — a 27-year-old workhorse is already approaching the cliff. Young RBs with volume carry premium values. Handcuffs (backups to elite RBs) have situational value that spikes when the starter gets hurt. In PPR, pass-catching RBs are worth more; in standard, touchdown-heavy RBs rise.
WRs age the best of any position — elite WRs hold value into their early 30s. Target share is the #1 predictor of WR value. X-receivers and slot specialists carry different value profiles. In PPR, high-volume slot WRs can out-value low-volume deep threats despite fewer yards.
Tight end is the scarcest fantasy position — the top 3-5 TEs are worth significantly more than the rest. A "tight end premium" exists in trades: an elite TE can command a 10-20% markup over a similarly-valued WR because of positional scarcity. Streaming TEs have near-zero trade value.
A player who scored 30 points last week isn't suddenly worth $90. Check their underlying rank and trade value, not just their last game. Regression to the mean is real — sell the outlier performance, don't buy it.
A $50 TE is worth more than a $50 WR in most leagues because replacing TE production is harder. Always factor position into trade evaluations, not just raw dollar value. The trade calculator gives you the baseline; positional scarcity is the adjustment.
A famous player on a bad team may have a lower trade value than an unknown player on a great team. Use the value chart, not the name. Some of the best trade targets are players nobody's talking about — their trade value is high but their asking price is low because they're not trending.
The #1 mistake is trading by gut feel. Even experienced managers overvalue their own players and undervalue others. Always check the trade calculator before proposing or accepting a trade — it takes 10 seconds and saves you from making lopsided deals. Bookmark this page for quick access.

Trade values shift throughout the season based on performance, injuries, and role changes. Here are the key narratives shaping 2026 fantasy football trade values right now.
The 2026 rookie QB class has reshaped superflex trade values. Jayden Daniels enters the season as a top-5 superflex QB ($74), pushing veteran QBs down the board. In 1QB leagues, the rookie class has minimal impact — but in superflex, stocking 2-3 starting QBs is the single biggest competitive advantage. Trade for QBs early before their values spike midseason.
Bijan Robinson ($95), Jahmyr Gibbs ($91), and De'Von Achane ($75) are the crown jewels of dynasty trade values. RBs depreciate faster than any other position — a 27-year-old workhorse is already past peak value. If you're competing now, trade youth for proven production. If you're rebuilding, trade proven production for youth. The RB age curve is the single most important factor in dynasty trade values.
Elite WRs like Tyreek Hill ($88), CeeDee Lamb ($85), and Justin Jefferson ($82) hold value into their early 30s, making them safer trade assets than RBs. If you need RB production for a playoff push, trading a $70 WR for a $65 RB is a smart move — the RB will produce now, and the WR's value won't crater the way an RB's can. In PPR, target high-target-share slot WRs; in standard, prioritize touchdown-heavy X-receivers.
The same player can have very different trade values depending on your league's scoring format. Here's how values shift across the most common formats:
Pass-catching RBs and high-target WRs get a value boost. A 80-reception RB is worth 15-20% more in PPR than standard. Slot WRs who catch 8+ passes per game are elite assets.
Early-down, touchdown-heavy RBs hold more value. Possession WRs with high catch counts but low yards drop. Target volume matters less — touchdowns and yardage drive value.
QB values jump 2-3× compared to 1QB. Elite QBs like Josh Allen ($85) and Jalen Hurts ($82) rank alongside top RBs and WRs. Always use a superflex-specific chart — 1QB values massively undervalue QBs.
Young players with upside carry premium values. A 24-year-old top prospect may be worth more than a 30-year-old star. Rookie picks are tradeable assets — see our draft pick value chart for pick values.
A middle ground — pass-catching RBs get a smaller boost than full PPR, and possession WRs hold more value than standard. Most trade values fall between PPR and standard.
Weekly floor matters less — ceiling is king. Boom-or-bust players with top-5 weekly upside carry more value than consistent mid-tier producers. Late-round breakout candidates are the most valuable trade targets.
The top trade values for every sport — named players, dollar values, and tier analysis.
The top of the 2026 fantasy football trade value chart is anchored by elite dual-threat running backs and elite wide receivers. Christian McCaffrey ($100) is the consensus #1 — his rushing volume, receiving work, and red-zone usage are unmatched. Bijan Robinson ($95) and Jahmyr Gibbs ($91) are elite dual-threat RBs who dominate in PPR. Tyreek Hill ($88) is the top-ranked WR — his deep speed and target volume make him a weekly difference-maker. In superflex leagues, QBs like Josh Allen ($85) and Jalen Hurts ($82) jump into the top tier because the position is scarce.

Fantasy baseball trade values are driven by five-category contributors. Shohei Ohtani ($100) is the consensus #1 — his 40+ HR power and elite run production anchor any roster. Aaron Judge ($94) provides 40+ HR and 100+ RBI. Bobby Witt Jr. ($89) is a five-category stud — 30+ HR, 30+ SB, and a .300+ AVG from shortstop. In dynasty baseball, top-100 prospects can be worth $60+ before they debut — a team's farm system is the difference between a rebuild and a championship.

NBA trade values are driven by 9-category fantasy impact. Nikola Jokic ($100) is the consensus #1 — his triple-double production (25+ PPG, 12+ RPG, 9+ APG) with elite FG% makes him the most valuable player in 9-cat. Luka Doncic ($94) and Giannis Antetokounmpo ($89) are elite category monsters. Victor Wembanyama ($72) is the top breakout candidate — his blocks and defensive stats are historic. In dynasty, young stars on rookie contracts have the most upside.

NHL trade values reward point-producing forwards and elite goaltenders. Connor McDavid ($100) is the consensus #1 — his combination of goals, assists, PPP, and shots is unmatched. Nathan MacKinnon ($94) and Nikita Kucherov ($89) are elite-tier assets. Cale Makar ($79) is the top-ranked defenseman — a PP1 quarterback who scores like a forward. A workhorse #1 goalie who starts 60+ games can be as valuable as a 90-point forward.

Each player's fantasy rank (1 = best) is converted to a dollar value using an exponential decay curve with a maximum of $100 for the #1 ranked player. Values drop steeply for elite players and flatten for deeper options — mirroring how real dynasty fantasy trades work. The #1 player in each sport is worth $100, and values are normalized across all sports so you can compare a $50 NFL player against a $50 MLB player fairly.

Our fantasy football trade values chart ranks every NFL player on a $0–$100 scale using an exponential decay model. The #1 ranked player is worth $100, and values drop steeply for elite players before flattening out for deeper options — mirroring how real dynasty trades work. Use the trade calculator above to plug in both sides of a deal and get an instant fairness verdict.
How to use football trade values: Add players from Team A and Team B using the calculator, then check the fairness percentage. A trade within 5% is even — both sides get equivalent value. A 5–15% difference gives one side a slight edge (common in real trades). Beyond 15% the trade is lopsided, and beyond 30% it's heavily lopsided and likely to face veto review in leagues with trade review enabled.
PPR vs. standard vs. dynasty: Our values are derived from consensus dynasty rankings, which weight future production heavily. Young players with upside carry premium values even if they're not producing yet. For redraft leagues, mentally adjust older productive players upward — a 32-year-old having a great season is worth more in redraft than dynasty. See our fantasy football rankings for PPR and standard formats.
Trade values fantasy football managers trust need to account for position scarcity. In fantasy football, quarterback and running back trade values behave differently from wide receiver and tight end values. Here's how to think about trade values by position when evaluating your next deal:
Quarterback trade values are highest in superflex and 2QB leagues, where the position is scarce and a top-5 QB can be worth $80+. In 1QB leagues, QB values drop significantly — you can often find a viable starter on the waiver wire, so even elite QBs rarely exceed $50. Use the trade calculator with your league's format in mind: a $60 QB in superflex is a fair swap for a $60 RB, but in 1QB that same QB is worth closer to $30.
Running back trade values are the most volatile in fantasy football. Elite three-down RBs (Christian McCaffrey, Bijan Robinson, Saquon Barkley) command $85-95+ because they touch the ball 20+ times per game. But RB values depreciate fast — a 27-year-old RB is already past his peak value. In dynasty, young RBs with upside hold premium trade values even if they haven't broken out yet. In redraft, prioritize productive RBs over upside. Check our fantasy football rankings for the latest RB values.
Wide receiver trade values are more stable than RB values because WRs have longer careers and less injury risk. Elite WR1s (Tyreek Hill, Justin Jefferson, CeeDee Lamb) hold values of $80-90+ and rarely drop below $60 even in down weeks. In PPR formats, pass-catching WRs get a boost. In dynasty, young WRs on rookie contracts are the most valuable assets in fantasy football — a 22-year-old WR1 can anchor your franchise for a decade. Use the trade calculator to compare WR-for-WR deals and WR-plus-pick packages.
Tight end trade values are highly tier-dependent. The elite tier (Travis Kelce, Sam LaPorta, Trey McBride) holds values of $50-70+ because the drop-off to the next tier is steep. Mid-tier TEs are worth $15-30, and streaming TEs are worth under $10. In dynasty, young TEs with breakout potential carry premium values — the position is notoriously slow to develop, so a TE who breaks out in year 2-3 can be a league-winner. Don't overpay for TEs in redraft unless you're getting an elite tier-1 option.
Trade values fantasy football managers rely on shift every week during the season. A breakout performance, a season-ending injury, a depth chart change, or a coaching shift can all move a player's trade value by 20-30 points in a single week. The smartest managers check trade values before every trade negotiation — not just to see if a deal is fair, but to identify buy-low and sell-high opportunities before the rest of their league catches on.
Buy-low candidates: Players whose trade values have dropped 15+ points in the last 2-3 weeks due to a cold streak, tough matchup, or minor injury. If the underlying usage is still strong (targets, snaps, routes run), their values will rebound — making them excellent trade targets. Use the calculator to see if you can acquire them at a discount.
Sell-high candidates: Players whose trade values have spiked 15+ points on the back of a career game or a temporary role expansion. If the production is unsustainable (e.g., a backup RB who scored 3 TDs on 8 carries), trade them at peak value before the regression hits. The calculator shows you their current value — if it's significantly higher than their season-long trend, consider selling.
Trade deadline strategy: As the trade deadline approaches, trade values shift dramatically. Contenders overpay for proven producers, while rebuilders trade veterans for draft picks and youth. Use our draft pick value chart alongside player trade values to evaluate pick-for-player deals at the deadline. The best trade values fantasy football managers find are often at the deadline — when urgency creates mispriced assets.
In superflex and 2-quarterback leagues, the quarterback trade value chart shifts dramatically. Because you must start 2 QBs every week and only 32 NFL starters exist for 12+ teams, the position becomes scarce — elite QBs jump from $30-40 (1QB value) to $70-85+ (superflex value). A 2-QB trade value chart ranks QBs alongside elite RBs and WRs in the top tier, which is completely different from a standard 1-QB chart.
How to use the 2-QB trade value chart: When building trades in superflex leagues, treat top-10 QBs as RB1-equivalents. Josh Allen ($85), Jalen Hurts ($82), and Lamar Jackson ($78) are first-round-value assets — trading one requires a WR1 or RB1 plus a premium pick. Mid-tier QBs (Dak Prescott, Kyler Murray) sit in the $45-55 range, comparable to high-end WR2s. Use the trade calculator above and mentally apply the superflex premium to QB values.
Superflex vs. 2-QB: In superflex, the flex spot can be any position — so if you're weak at QB, you can start an RB or WR there. In true 2-QB leagues, you must start 2 QBs, making the position even scarcer and pushing QB values even higher. Either way, the 2-QB trade value chart is essential for evaluating deals fairly in these formats.
Dynasty fantasy football trade values are fundamentally different from redraft values. In dynasty, you're trading for years of future production — not just this season. A 23-year-old QB with a decade of career ahead is worth far more than a 34-year-old having a career year, even if the older player outscores him this season. Our dynasty trade value chart reflects this: young players with long career runways command the steepest premiums.
Dynasty trade calculator tips:
Fantasy365 is the only platform with cross-sport trade values — values are normalized to a $100 scale across all 8 sports, so you can compare a $50 NFL player against a $50 MLB player fairly. This is built for cumulative multi-sport dynasty leagues where each sport contributes equally to one year-round championship.
How cross-sport values work: Each sport's #1 ranked player is worth $100. The #2 player in each sport is worth the same percentage of $100, regardless of sport. So the #1 NFL player and #1 MLB player are both worth $100 — they're equally valuable to a multi-sport franchise. This lets you build trades like "I'll give you Aaron Judge ($95) for Patrick Mahomes ($92) and a draft pick" and know the deal is fair.
Browse sport-specific values using the tabs in the chart above: NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, NCAAF, NCAAB, and Soccer. Each sport has its own ranking list, and all are normalized to the same $100 scale for cross-sport comparison.
Fantasy baseball trade values cover hitters and pitchers across MLB. In 5×5 roto leagues, category specialists (stolen base threats, elite closers) can be surprisingly valuable — a 40-SB speedster might be worth $45 even if his batting average is low. In points leagues, elite starting pitchers who rack up strikeouts often carry the highest values.
Baseball dynasty tip: Prospects are the lifeblood of baseball dynasty leagues. A top-10 MLB prospect can be worth $60+ before they ever play a major league game. Use our fantasy baseball rankings alongside the trade chart to evaluate prospect-for-veteran trades.
NBA trade values are driven by 9-category fantasy impact. Elite two-way players (points + rebounds + assists + blocks + steals) carry the highest values. In points leagues, high-usage scorers dominate. Young stars on rookie contracts have the most dynasty upside — see our fantasy basketball rankings for 9-cat and points formats.
NHL trade values reward point-producing forwards and elite goaltenders. In fantasy hockey, a workhorse #1 goalie who starts 60+ games can be as valuable as a 90-point forward. Defensemen who quarterback power plays carry a premium. Check our fantasy hockey rankings for skater and goalie values.

A reference table that assigns a dollar-style value to every fantasy player so you can compare trades fairly. The #1 player is worth $100, and values decay exponentially down the rankings. Use it to check whether both sides of a trade are giving up equivalent value.
An interactive tool where you add players from both sides of a trade and get an instant fairness verdict. Fantasy365's calculator sums each side's total value and reports the percentage difference — within 5% is even, beyond 15% is lopsided, beyond 30% is heavily lopsided.
A fantasy league where you keep your entire roster from year to year, drafting only rookies and free agents each offseason. Dynasty trade values weight future production heavily — young players with long careers command premiums over older productive players.
A fantasy league where you draft a new team from scratch every season. Redraft trade values reflect only this season's projected production, so a 32-year-old having a great year can be worth more than a 22-year-old prospect.
A league format where you start two quarterbacks (or one QB plus a superflex spot that can be any position). Because only 32 NFL QBs exist for 12+ teams, QBs become scarce and their trade values jump dramatically — a $40 QB in 1QB can be worth $80+ in superflex.
A scoring format where players earn 0.5 or 1 point per reception. PPR boosts the trade value of pass-catching RBs and high-target WRs. In PPR, a 80-reception RB is worth significantly more than in standard scoring.
A waiver wire system where each team gets a fake-dollar budget (usually $100) to bid on free agents. Unused FAAB can be traded. In Fantasy365's trade calculator, FAAB dollars count 1:1 against player trade values.
A league rule where other owners can vote to reverse a trade they believe is collusive or lopsided. A trade that's more than 30% lopsided on the value chart is likely to face veto review. Use the calculator to keep deals within a veto-safe range.
A grouping of players with similar values (e.g., Elite $80+, Stud $60+, Starter $40+). Players within the same tier are roughly interchangeable in trades. The real leverage comes at tier borders — trading up from one tier to the next costs a premium pick or player.
A trade strategy targeting players whose values have temporarily dropped (buy-low) or spiked (sell-high). A buy-low target is a player whose underlying usage is still strong but whose recent production is down. A sell-high target is a player whose recent production is unsustainable. Use the trade value chart to spot these opportunities.
A hybrid format where you keep a set number of players from year to year, usually at their drafted price. Keeper trade values include a 'keeper discount' — a player kept below market value is worth more to own. Fantasy365's calculator adds a keeper bonus when the keeper price is below market.
A trade in a multi-sport league where you exchange players from different sports (e.g., an NFL player for an MLB player). Fantasy365 normalizes all 8 sports to the same $100 scale so cross-sport trades can be evaluated fairly — a $50 NFL player and $50 MLB player represent equivalent trade value.
